Three ways to back it
Duet
Worn, internal and external
A U-shaped wearable with two motors — one deep, one at the surface — placed from anatomy rather than from whatever was cheapest to assemble. This is the finished one: it has been through real hardware validation, and what remains is paying for the first production run.
Echo
A plug, genderless
A dual-motor plug with a flared safety base, reusing the same two voice-coil motors as Duet and running the same app, the same content library and the same sync engine. Deep and base motors, targeting the perineum and prostate. Nobody needs to learn a second product.
Echo is still being finalised. Its dimensions, battery life, waterproof rating and certifications will be published on the campaign page once they are measured rather than estimated — we would rather leave a blank here than print a number we have to correct later.
The Pair
Both, together
Four motors, one clock. Both devices play from the same audio and lock to the same master timing, each tuned to its own anatomy — so two people are not running two loosely similar patterns, they are inside the same moment. As far as we know nobody else has shipped this. It stays entirely between the two devices and the phone over Bluetooth; nothing routes through a server.
Reward tiers and pricing are published when the campaign opens.

What you hear is what you feel
Most devices ask you to pick a pattern and then adjust it until something works. Duet works the other way round: it listens to the audio you chose and moves with it, so the sensation arrives already in step with the story, the breath, or the bassline — end to end, in under 40 milliseconds.
Voice coils, not the buzzing kind
Almost everything in this category uses a rotating weight or a single-frequency resonator: one texture, louder or quieter. Both of our devices use voice-coil motors across 15–300 Hz with frequency and force controlled separately, which is what makes a low rumble and a sharp transient two different sensations instead of two volumes of the same one.
A library that keeps growing
Over 500 audio experiences at launch — narrative, ASMR, music, guided rituals — with new ones added continuously, and both devices share all of it. The hardware you back in September is the same hardware that feels different a year later, because what changed is what it is listening to.

After it closes
Backers get production updates directly, including a firm shipping window for each device once tooling is locked. Duet and Echo are at different stages, so they get separate dates rather than one optimistic one — and we would rather commit to those there than guess at them here.
Straight answers
Does joining this list reserve an early-bird tier for me?
No, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Early-bird tiers on Kickstarter are capped in quantity and claimed in the order people arrive. Being on this list means you find out the hour it opens — which in practice is what decides it — but nothing is held in your name.
Is Echo finished?
Not yet, and that is the honest answer. Its motors are settled — the same two we validated in Duet — as is the app and the sync engine it runs on. What is still open is the physical shell: exact dimensions, battery, waterproof rating and safety certifications are in development, and until they are measured we will not publish them. The campaign page will carry the finalised specification and the shipping commitment for each device; this page is only telling you the campaign is coming.
Is Echo a men's product?
It is a plug, and it works the same regardless of who is using it — the anatomy it targets is not exclusive to one body. We describe it that way rather than as a men's device because both descriptions would be equally accurate and only one of them tells you less.
What will you actually send me?
Two emails: a short note shortly before the campaign opens, and one when it does. That is the whole plan. If we ever want to send you something else, we will ask first, and you can unsubscribe from either.
Will anything arrive in packaging that announces what it is?
No. Shipments use discreet packaging with no product descriptions visible on the outside, and the same applies to anything we send backers.
Why Kickstarter rather than just selling it?
Because the honest answer is that the first run has to be paid for before a single unit exists. Crowdfunding lets the people who want this decide whether it gets made, instead of a distributor deciding for them — and it keeps us from having to price in a retail margin we have not earned yet.
