How to Claim

Contact Support
Email support@intiwave.com with your proof of purchase, serial number, and a description of the issue with photos or video.

Receive RMA Number
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number with shipping instructions.

Ship Your Product
Send the product using the provided RMA label or instructions. Please do not dispose of the product until instructed.

Replacement Delivered
Once we receive and verify the defect, your replacement will ship within 3–5 business days at no cost to you.
What Is Not Covered
- ✕Cosmetic deterioration from normal wear and tear
- ✕Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper use
- ✕Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly
- ✕Use inconsistent with the product documentation
- ✕Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures or corrosive substances
